Brittany is the Principal Consultant and Director of MBD & Co Pty Ltd, a specialist consultancy supporting organisations pursuing major and complex opportunities across infrastructure, construction, mining and health.
With more than 15 years’ experience spanning bid and pursuit management, business development, procurement, marketing and organisational capability, Brittany works with clients to bring greater structure, clarity and discipline to the way they pursue work. Her experience extends beyond managing individual submissions. She advises organisations on the systems, governance, strategy and decision-making that sit behind successful pursuits, helping teams understand what matters, where effort should be directed and how complex requirements can be translated into a practical and coordinated response.
Brittany has led and supported major pursuits ranging from $10 million through to +$4 billion, working across government and private sector procurement environments and a broad range of contracting and delivery models. Her experience includes alliances and collaborative contracting, painshare/gainshare models, joint ventures and consortia, GC21, design Early Contractor Involvement (dECI), Design and Construct (D&C), Public Private Partnerships (PPP), professional services engagements and major services contracts.
Her breadth of experience gives her a strong understanding of the relationship between procurement strategy, commercial drivers, technical delivery and evaluation. Rather than treating a tender as a writing exercise, Brittany approaches each pursuit as a structured decision-making process that must connect the client’s requirements with the organisation’s genuine strengths, delivery capability and value proposition.
